Cabin Rates

Loons Landing can be rented by the 3 day weekend (Friday p.m. check in, Monday a.m. check out); by the week (Friday p.m. check in, Friday a.m. check out); or by 4 week periods (pay for 3 weeks, get 1 week free). Discounts and minimum rental periods are available during the off peak season. Credit card payments accepted.

2006 Loons Landing rental rates are:

• $1095 per week/$195 per day based on 4
• Over the base is $85 per person per week/$20 per person per day
• Children 24 months and younger are free
• $175 damage deposit (returned after cabin has been cleaned and checked – within 5 days)
• Deposit of ½ of rental required to reserve – balance due day of check in
• Renter is responsible for full payment of rental period once reservation has been confirmed with deposit
• No refund on early checkouts or cancellations, unless another renter can be found to take your place, minus a $75 fee
• Peak season is Memorial Day to Labor Day – discounts and minimum rental periods available during off peak season

Cabin policies include:

• No pets
• No smoking in cabins, however, you may smoke in screened-in porch
• Cabin rental includes one watercraft docking, launching and parking

Resort policies include:

• Day visitors over the base must be pre-registered with resort and require a $5/per person per day fee
• Large groups of day visitors not permitted
• Fee for additional watercraft parking, launching and docking, if available
• Boat launching/removal available with tractor for $8
